The system does not validate beneficiary eligibility, authenticity, or correctness of any submitted data.
The developer shall not be liable for:
- Errors in generated QR codes
- Rejection or non-functionality in POS systems
- Misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the system
This tool is intended solely for generating QR codes for use within authorized DSWD processes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
Access may be revoked at any time if misuse, unauthorized sharing, or suspicious activity is detected.
By using this system, you agree to all terms stated above.
This system processes data uploaded by the authorized user, which may include beneficiary-related information such as reference numbers or identifiers.
Data is processed solely for the purpose of generating QR codes as requested by the authorized user.
Uploaded files and processed data are NOT permanently stored. Data is handled temporarily during processing and is deleted after QR code generation.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded data is authorized for processing and complies with applicable data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Reasonable technical measures are implemented to protect data during processing. However, the user assumes responsibility for safeguarding access credentials and preventing unauthorized use.
No data is shared with third parties.
The developer is not responsible for any data breaches, misuse, or unauthorized access resulting from user actions, improper handling, or external factors beyond reasonable control.
By using this system, the user consents to the processing of data as described in this policy.
